Chronicle Media is seeking Retail Account Executives to join our rapidly growing media group of 10 weekly publications serving 12 counties throughout Illinois. Our media outreach also includes a new, responsive website at chronicleillinois.com.

Be one of the very first Account Executives to hit the ground running and build your business with the accounts you choose to go after.  You can expect coaching and support from our leadership team, ongoing sales and marketing training, access to a dynamic CRM system, and a lucrative incentive program with no cap commissions.

The ideal candidate will be a driven sales professional who can work independently, has excellent presentation and closing skills, is consistent with follow through, and is a team player who overachieves reasonable sales goals.

Interested applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in inside or outside sales with proven success in newspaper and digital sales, knowledge and use of the consultative sales process, desire to help businesses grow, attention to detail, excellent time management skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and working experience with a CRM.
