The first meeting will be spent learning about the science of flight and creating hot air balloons and other flying craft. The second session will be held at iFLY in Naperville.

Children’s Community Theatre presents “Annie Jr.” Adapted from the Tony Award-winning best musical, the play features everyone’s favorite little redhead in her very first adventure. With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone’s hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. Annie is determined to find the parents who abandoned her on the doorstep of an orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Annie eventually foils Miss Hannigan’s evil machinations, finding a new home and family and a lovable mutt named Sandy.

BLOCK Fest is an opportunity for families to learn how to support their children’s math and science growth. Children explore five varieties of non-interlocking blocks while families interact with their children and learn how to support block play at home. Classes are for ages 7 and older. The first meeting will be spent learning about the science of flight and creating hot air balloons and other flying craft. The second session will be held at iFLY in Naperville. Here, students will be guided through interactive presentations, demos in the wind tunnel and STEM lab actives. Every student will be trained by the iFLY flight instructors before entering the unique vertical wind tunnel and experiencing indoor skydiving.
