The 31st annual event will feature an extravaganza of activities and attractions – from the Caber Toss to Highland Dancing to the Dogs of Scotland. This family-friendly event is a chance to explore Scottish culture. All proceeds benefit the Society, the oldest not-for-profit in Illinois. Plan to enjoy campfire stories, a scavenger hunt and games at Fischer Farm. Campfire roasted hot dogs, chips and a beverage for dinner, s’mores and a continental breakfast will be provided. Campers need to bring tent, sleeping gear, lawn chairs, bug spray, flashlight, games, toys, additional snacks/beverages, and personal items. The park’s first Family Night of the summer features a Cruise Night theme and live music by Joe Kalish and Final Say on June 16. Stay for Movie in the Park (“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story”). Star Wars characters from the 501st Legion will be on site for photo opportunities. Parking fee is $5. Art in Bloom Cantigny Fine Art Festival on June 17 and June 18, will feature more than 80 juried artists in a variety of media. Cantigny favorites Classical Blast and Guitarra Azul will perform.
