Dog Admission Day

Dog admission is $5 per dog (Fee includes a Morton Arboretum bandana); regular admission fee for non-members of the arboretum

Dogs generally are not allowed at The Morton Arboretum, but that is not the case on Dog Admission Days when they are invited to enjoy walking on marked trails with their humans. Dogs must be attended and on a leash at all times.

PT Solutions Physical Therapy, in partnership with AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center Bolingbrook, is offering an 8-week training program to help runners prepare for the upcoming 2018 AMITA Health Bolingbrook St. Paddy’s Half Marathon and 5K March 18. Enter on Royce Road (west of Route 53/Bolingbrook Drive) and meet at the pavilion near the dog park. Runners are advised to dress appropriately and bring water and proper nutrition each week. Grimms’ Fairy Tales Escape the Room

A day of hands-on art projects is planned themed around the current exhibition, Gertrude Abercrombie. Gertrude Abercrombie (1909-1977) was a painter based in Chicago who created surreal and dream-like imagery. She developed her own unique style and color palette.
