PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Judgment of the above Court entered in the above entitled cause on January 16, 2009, the following described real estate, to wit:

EXCEPT ALL COAL, MINERALS AND MINING RIGHTS HERETOFORE CONVEYED OR RESERVED OF RECORD. SITUATED IN SANGAMON COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

will on the 28th day of July, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. in the Sangamon County Complex, County Board Room, 2nd Floor, Springfield, Illinois, be offered for sale and sold at public vendue.

The judgment amount was $49,482.60

Sale terms: The bid amount shall be paid in cash immediately by the highest and best bidder at the conclusion of the sale. The subject property is subject to general real estate taxes, special assessments or special taxes levied against said real estate and is offered for sale without any representation as to quality or quantity of title and without recourse to plaintiff.
