“Meals for a Healthy Heart” is a research-based, 3-hour session designed for anyone interested in preventing or managing heart disease. The participants will receive recipes, watch a cooking demonstration, taste nutritious foods, and learn about a heart-healthy diet and the importance of exercise. RSVP required.
