It is located on the farm at 31330 N IL RT 21 in Libertyville, Ill. We will be open in the big white barn at our farm! We are open May through December, and we will be closed the weekends of Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We will be stocked both days with organic vegetables, grass-fed meats, eggs, cheeses and butter, and more!! So come on out and shop local while supporting organic farms in the community!

Guided Bilingual Nature Hike

Ryerson Woods Forest Preserve, 21850 N. Riverwoods Road, Riverwoods

Each hike takes place in Lake County and are staffed by a naturalist and a translator. The hikes are considered easy and are one-quarter to 1-mile in length. All ages and abilities are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Ryerson Woods has a wheelchair/stroller-accessible trail.

Volo Auto Museum’s Spring Car Corral

This is the museum’s semi-annual collector car corral. Free admission and lunch for driver and passenger with a qualified car. To be a qualified car, the vehicle must be in restored or in good original condition and have a collector status. Must be for sale. No daily drivers, no restoration projects. For more information,

STEM Saturday: Am I on the Radio? World War I Radios

Students in this class will learn how to identify each circuit component in their radio, as well as how their placement causes the radio to work. Students will also assemble their own radio and put it into use. This event is open to the public. All materials will be provided.

Grayslake Memorial Day Parade

Downtown Grayslake and Millennium Court Veteran’s Memorial site

This year’s parade route will be new this year and the memorial ceremonies will be held near Village Hall. The Parade will step off from the Hillside Avenue parking lot across from Grayslake

Central High School on Lake Street. The memorial ceremonies will take place after the parade near the downtown Clocktower (Millennium Court Veteran’s Memorial site) at the corner of Seymour Avenue and Center Street. For more information,
