mchenry map1. July 14: Staci Jones, 34, of Carpentersville, was arrested and charged with preconceived theft of display merchandise less than $300.

2. July 14: Darius Urmanavicius, 44, of Fox River Grove, was arrested and charged with violating an order of protection, battering involving physical contact and disorderly conduct.

3. July 14: Anthony Sandfox, 19, of Wauconda, was arrested and charged with driving on a revoked driver’s license and display plate attachment.

4. July 14: Michael Garcia, 30, of Crystal Lake, was arrested and charged with manufacture/delivery of cocaine on a school/park, manufacture/delivery of 15-100 grams of cocaine, possession of 15-plus grams of cocaine, manufacture/delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis, possession of 30-500 grams of cannabis, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis. Garcia was transported to McHenry County Jail.

5. July 14: Amber Lee Anardi, 22, of Cary, was arrested and charged with manufacture/delivery of cocaine on a school/park, manufacture/delivery of 15-100 grams of cocaine, possession of 15-plus grams of cocaine, manufacture/delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis and possession of 30-500 grams of cannabis. Anardi was transported to McHenry County Jail.

6. July 15: Gerald Connerty, 59, of Crystal Lake, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by driver and display plate attachment.

7. July 16: Tracy Tures, 28, of Woodstock, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with expired registration and driving on a revoked driver’s license.

8. July 16: Matthew Looper, 25, of Wonder Lake, was arrested and charged with domestic battery.

9. July 16: Elizabeth Looper, 28, of Wonder Lake, was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice/destroying evidence.

10. July 16: Erica Koch, 19, of Algonquin, was arrested and charged with retail theft greater than $300.

11. July 17: Bobbi Nelson, 29, of Hebron, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating and uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage.

12. July 17: Gary Moe, 25, of Johnsburg, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

13. July 17: Brett Brenner, 31, of Wonder Lake, was arrested and charged with resisting a peace officer and three counts disorderly conduct.

14. July 18: Joseph Peters, 19, of Crystal Lake, was arrested and charged with robbery, mob action, criminal damage to property greater than $300 and less than $10,000, aggravated assault on public property and disorderly conduct.

15. July 19: Nicholas Hanson, 27, of Union, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

 

Two charged with possession of controlled substance

At 9:52 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, a Woodstock Police Officer while on bicycle patrol, observed a suspicious hand to hand exchange appearing to be illegal narcotic activity, between two subjects while the subjects were at a City Park located at 100 Main Street, Woodstock.

Further investigation revealed that Danielle G. Bergeron, 30, no known address, exchanged an unlabeled prescription bottle with five 10 mg, Diazepam Tablets with Matthew P. Brock, 40, 610 Lawndale Ave., Woodstock. Neither party had a prescription for the medication. A third subject present, Donelli, Vincent James, 32, no known address, was in possession of two 24 ounce cans of “Milwaukee’s Best” alcoholic beverage.

Danielle G. Bergeron was charged with for delivery of a controlled substance a Class 4 Felony and possession of a controlled substance a Class 4 Felony.

Matthew R. Brock was charged with a Class 4 Felony for possession of a controlled substance.

Vincent J. Donelli was cited for a City Ordinance for Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage in a City Park and released at the scene.

Bergeron and Brock were transported to the McHenry County Jail and appeared at a bond hearing on July 8.
