Preparing meals at the South Side Mission.

In honor of National Doctors’ Day, the medical staff of Kindred Hospital will celebrate by donating $1,000 to the community focused efforts of Peoria’s South Side Mission. A check presentation will be made on March 30 at Kindred Hospital, 500 W. Romeo B. Garrett Avenue, in Peoria.

The financial support of South Side Mission provides for a number of ministries that include elderly services, career training and education classes, a thrift mart, school ministries and camps for kids.
