Peoria County Memorial Day events

Peoria County

Members of the Zeally Moss Society, Children of the American Revolution, will be holding Memorial Day services at 1 p.m. May 25 at the American Mausoleum and Resurrection Cemetery, 7911 N. Allen Road, Peoria.

The Marine Corps League of Peoria will conduct services at 2 p.m. at Soldier’s Hill in Springdale Cemetery, 3014 N. Prospect Street in Peoria.

An annual Memorial Day ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m. May 25, in Marshall Plaza at the RiverFront District, 401 SW Water St., Peoria. Veterans and their families will be honored at the Gateway Building and each branch of the military will be recognized. The Peoria Municipal Band will perform.
