Those attending are encouraged to bring a lawn chair.  A breakfast will be served prior to the service at the American Legion, 24 E. Adams St., from 7 to 10:30 a.m.  Diners can choose from biscuits and gravy for $4 or a full breakfast buffet for $6.  Veterans eat for free. For more information, call 309-266-5135.
