EUREKA – University of Illinois Extension-Woodford County and OSF Healthcare co-sponsor an “informal but informational” walk-in Diabetes Clinic. The next clinic will be held on February 21 at 1:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public. No registration is necessary.

Size Up Your Serving, will be taught by OSF Dietetic Interns and Jenna Smith, University of Illinois Extension nutrition educator. The program will be at the Woodford County Extension office at 109 E. Eureka Avenue, Eureka.

Diabetic Clinic Schedule: March 21 – Shopping Smart; April 18 – Recipe Modification; and May 1 – Smart Snacking.

This is an educational event designed especially for people living with diabetes. OSF Dietetic Interns will discuss nutrition, portion control and how to make smart food choices for better health. Anyone who has diabetes, family members, friends and/or caregivers are welcome!
