PEORIA –  Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing has been named one of the Best Online Graduate Nursing Programs by U.S. News & World Reports. 

Saint Francis College of Nursing was one of ten in Illinois included in the 128 school listing, with only two finishing higher in the rankings, including the top ranked St. Xavier University in Chicago.

U.S. News uses the following information to compute its online master’s in nursing degree rankings: student engagement; faculty credentials and training; student services and technology; peer reputation; and, admissions selectivity. For the first time, the 2014 rankings include a peer assessment in addition to the statistical data collected for each institution.
