The village of Oswego will begin some neighborhood street resurfacing projects on Monday, July 13.

Oswego residents need to be aware of some street resurfacing that will be happening around the village beginning Monday, July 13, weather permitting, according to the village.

The following streets will be resurfaced:

-Belmont Avenue from Baden Avenue. to Cardinal Avenue

-Camden Circle

-Isleview Drive from Morgan Valley to Lakeview Drive

-Deerfield Drive from west end to Amherst Circle

-Locust Street from Forest Avenue to Benton Street

-Springdale Road from Barnaby Drive to Village Limit

-Versailles Parkway from Bluegrass Parkway to Fifth Street

-Yoakum Boulevard from Fifth Street to Bluegrass Parkway

-Fifth Street from Kensington Drive South to U.S. Route 30.

All work is scheduled to be completed by Aug. 15, weather permitting.

The village wants to remind residents that during the construction, there will be large equipment and trucks neighborhoods. Extra caution in these areas is advised as visibility for crews at times may be hampered, according to the village.
