Karen'??s Corner: Gwenâ??s Shrimp Marinade

Cousin Gwen tasted some really good shrimp at a food festival and asked how the cook got that flavor. She gave Gwen the list of ingredients she put in the marinade, but not the amounts of each one. Gwen put some together just guessing at amounts of each ingredient, and found it was really good. She’s says it’s also great on chicken.
So you good cooks out there, give it a try. If you come up with ideal amounts of each ingredient, let us know.

Oregano
Soy Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
Kosher salt (I used sea salt)
Dried Parsley
Black Pepper
Tomato catsup
