Fox Valley Older Adult Services Spring Gala and Auction

This is the group’s 23rd annual event. All proceeds support programs and services for area seniors. Fox Valley Older Adult Services assists seniors in living vital and independent lives while remaining in their own homes. The $50 ticket includes hor d’oeuvres and dessert bar provided by Illinois Valley Vocational Center orchestrated by Rachel Conover of Ginger and Soul of Yorkville. There will be silent and live auctions along with music by Mayor Rick Olson, including a special appearance by comedienne Gerry Grossman. A cash bar will be available. Come to the Sycamore Park District for a night of painting fun. Instructor Allison Marola will lead the class in creating a simple painting of the Eiffel Tower. Little to no painting experience is required. Bring a smock or clothes that can get messy. Bring a hair dryer if you are able. Participants receive a ticket for one complimentary drink. The event is for those 21 and older.
