Auroran Neal Ormond, voice of the West Aurora High Blackhawks, presented “Divided by the River: United by the Games” with Steve Solarz at Aurora’s Pierce History Center Sunday.

Ormond, also president of the West Aurora School Dist. 129 school board, chronicled East-West football and boys’ basketball rivalries and displayed memorabilia. In informal concluding remarks, Kurt Becker, a former West Aurora High and Chicago Bears standout, said he is looking forward to coaching East Aurora’s football Tomcats starting with the annual East-West game at WAHS Aug. 24.
