The Rockford IceHogs have finalized their preseason schedule in preparation for the 2015-16 season, which will feature two games leading up to the start of the regular season.

The IceHogs open up the preseason against the Chicago Wolves on Thursday, Oct. 1 at the BMO Harris Bank Center in Rockford, with a 7 p.m. puck drop. The IceHogs fared well against their in-state rival last season, posting an 8-3-1-0 record versus Chicago during the 2014-15 regular season, taking home the Illinois Lottery Cup for the second time in its four-year existence.

Rockford will close out the preseason on Friday, Oct. 2 against the Milwaukee Admirals the next night at the Kern Center, located on the campus of the Milwaukee School of Engineering. The game will proceed at 7 p.m. Rockford concluded the year going 5-6-1-0 against Milwaukee last season.

Ticket information for the preseason contest at the BMO Harris Bank Center will be released at a later date. The IceHogs will also release their entire training camp schedule and roster at a later date.
