Granny Frannie’s Olive Balls

 

These are a super easy, super delicious treat for a New Year’s party.

1 jar of queen-sized, pimento-stuffed olives
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
Note: Do not use pre-shredded cheese. It won’t work. 1?2 C flour
1?2 t cayenne pepper

Drain the olives and lay them out on paper towel to dry. Mix the cheese, flour and pepper together. Wrap each olive with some of the dry mixture. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
