Judge Thomas Durkin on May 19 ordered former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert to report to prison no later than 2 p.m. on June 22.

Hastert was sentenced to 15 months in prison on April 27 for violating federal banking laws while attempting to hide multiple cash payments to a man he had sexually abused when the man was a student at Yorkville High School, where Hastert was a teacher and wrestling coach in the 60s and 70s.

Durkin’s order comes a week after Hastert paid the $250,000 fine Durkin imposed as part of his sentence.

The U.S. Bureau of Prisons has not yet selected a prison facility for Hastert, who has been assigned prisoner number 47991-424. But at sentencing Judge Durkin formally recommended the bureau of prisons house Hastert at one of six federal medical facilities in the federal system.
