Karen's Corner: Kool-Aid Pie
March 3, 2010by Karen D. Fyke
I’m always trying to find sugar-free desserts for my husband. This is one I concocted myself, and it turned out really well.
1 3/4 C milk
1 t Kool-aid (any flavor you like)
3 C sugar free Cool-Whip, divided
Make the pudding.
Add the Kool-Aid and blend well.
Fold in 1 1/2 C Cool-Whip.
Pour into pie shell and chill for several hours.
Before serving, add the other 1 1/2 C of Cool Whip and garnish.
I made the strawberry one as a trial, and added fresh sliced strawberries. It was super. I made the lemon and garnished it with lemon zest and it’s beyond my expectations.
