Wings of Wonder, the Lorikeet Exhibit, Nicholas Conservatory, daily except Mondays through Nov. 9, 1354 N. 2nd Ave., Rockford. Admission $6-8 adults, $4-6 ages 5-18, $4 seniors and veterans. The Lorikeet Exhibit allows visitors an intimate look into the fascinating world of the Lorikeet. Visitors will have the opportunity to come “face to beak” with these always-curious nectar-feeding birds. JustGoods Gallery Used Art Benefit Sale, through Oct. 30, 201 7th St., Rockford, free admission. Rockford Urban Ministries hosts its eighth annual sale. This year the sale remembers and honors one of Rockford’s own artists, Jim Julin, who died two years ago. Items from his collections, as well as works commemorating Jim by his friends and fellow artists, will also be on display during the month of October.
