EUREKA – Woodford County 4-H members and their friends are invited to join 4-H members from McLean and Livingston counties at the 2013 Learn and Fun Day to be held on January 26 at Schroeder Hall – Illinois State University. This day-long event will begin with registration at 8:45 a.m., followed by a variety of workshops.

Over 50 different hands-on workshops will be offered including robotics NXT, geocaching, rocks and minerals, model rocketry, rabbits, and more. Knowledgeable instructors will be volunteering their time to share their expertise with the young people. Participants will have a lot of fun while learning new skills and they are sure to take home some wonderful “creations.”

Registrations are due to the McLean County Extension Office no later than January 11. Many workshops fill up fast, so members are encouraged to register early.
