EUREKA – Advocate Eureka Hospital is enhancing its relationship with Eureka College to serve as the “Official Hospital Sponsor of Eureka College.” While the hospital has provided student health services to the college for several years, this new agreement includes numerous enhanced services, offered at no cost to students and Eureka College employees.

“We are very excited to expand our relationship with Eureka College,” said Anna Laible, administrator of Advocate Eureka Hospital. “Both of our organizations have been part of this community for a very long time, so it’s only fitting that we should have a close partnership.”

As part of the three-year partnership, Eureka Hospital will provide a variety of complimentary wellness services to Eureka College students, faculty and staff. These include:

•Annual health screenings, including cholesterol, glucose, body composition, and health assessments for all students and faculty/staff

•Annual peripheral artery disease (PAD), ergonomic and bone density screenings for faculty/staff

•Quarterly CPR classes for faculty/staff

•Regular “Lunch & Learn” programs and physician presentations on various health topics open to all students, staff and faculty

•Health education materials, including quarterly newsletters

Advocate Eureka Hospital will have prominent signage at the college’s Bonati Fitness Center and FioRito Stadium, as well as game-day sponsorships at several Eureka College athletic events.
