Karen's Corner: Curried Tuna Salad

This sound weird, but it’s really tasty… if you like curry.

1 large can tuna, packed in water (or 2 small cans)
½ small onion, minced
1 stalk celery, minced
½ crisp apple, minced
¼ C Miracle Whip (more or less as desired)
1 t curry powder

Blend all together.
Serve as sandwich spread or as a dinner entré.
