Aurora Historical Society executive director John R. Jaros, second from left, welcomed visitors to a reception opening “Luxembourg-USA: A Migration Story” earlier this month. The mini-exhibit is at the Pierce Art and History Center, 20 E. Downer Place in Aurora, through June. On loan from the Belgium, Wis.-based Luxembourg American Cultural Society, the display kicks off “Stirred Not Shaken,” six ethnic-focused displays scheduled to be mounted monthly from June through November. Future exhibits will focus on Greek (August), Hispanic (September), German (October), and world cultures (November). The July ethnic focus will be announced. (Al Benson photo)
