1. June 29: David Tapley, 50, of Crystal Lake, was arrested and charged with two counts aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim under 13 years old and three counts aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim between ages 13-17. Tapely was transported to McHenry County Jail.
2. July 8: Joseph Laudicina, 29, of Woodstock, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic battery, residential burglary, murder/intent to kill or injure, unlawful vehicle invasion and home invasion causing injury. Laudicina was transported to McHenry County Jail.
3. July 14: Christopher Henley, 30, of Evanston, was arrested and charged with speeding 31-39 mph above limit, driving on a suspended driver’s license and illegal transportation of liquor.
4. July 15: Derek Beltrame, 21, of Crystal Lake, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hypodermic needles and possession of a controlled substance.
5. July 15: Michael Yates, 37, of Woodstock, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
6. July 17: Alexandra Reyes-Smith, 22, of Algonquin, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of 2.5-10 grams of cannabis.
7. July 18: Ashley Reed, 20, of Crystal Lake, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a blood alcohol content over 0.08 and driving on a suspended driver’s license.
8. July 20: Cassandra Peterson, 32, of Lake In The Hills, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license.
9. July 21: Kristopher Freytes, 32, of McCullom Lake, was arrested and charged with domestic battery causing bodily harm, domestic battery involving physical contact and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence. Freytes was transported to McHenry County Jail.
10. July 22: Raymundo Hernandez, 48, of Harvard, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
11. July 22: Barry Harkins, 22, of Lake In The Hills, was arrested and charged with resisting a peace officer/correctional employee.
12. July 23: Christopher Huber, 44, of Lakewood, was arrested on an in-state warrant regarding a prior engaging in a riot charge. Huber was also charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license. Huber was transported to McHenry County jail.
13. July 24: Michael Johnson, 58, of Crystal Lake, was arrested and charged with improper lane usage, aggravated driving under the influence and driving under the influence of alcohol.
14. July 29: Emeryle Stanton, 24, of Chicago, was arrested and charged with reckless driving and disorderly conduct.
15. July 29: Alfonzo Hicks, 25, of Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police seeking information on multiple burglaries

Crystal Lake Crime Stoppers and the Crystal Lake Police Department are seeking information that will help solve multiple burglaries that occurred at the Crystal Lake Country Club’s Half-Way House located at 721 Country Club Road, Crystal Lake, on May 29, June 22 and again on July 29.

During the early morning hours of the above dates, forced entry was made into the concession stand where alcoholic beverages were removed and damage was sustained to a cooler as well as exterior windows.
