Last Sunday’s annual Mid-America Canoe and Kayak Race on the Fox River went off without a hitch in rapidly warming temperaturs on Sunday. Canoeists had a choice of starting points in Batavia or St. Charles with an end at Aurora’s McCullough Park for canoe collections and a post-race party plus tee-shirts for finishers.
