Christmas the old-fashioned way in Washington

The city of Washington held its annual Old Fashioned Candlelight Stroll on Dec. 1, featuring free carriage rides, a community Christmas sing, visits with Santa and a Santa’s Mailbox where children tendered letters to St. Nick.
