Woodford County 4-H Fair coming to Farm Bureau Park
Chronicle Media — July 19, 2015The 94th annual Woodford County 4-H Fair will be held Monday through Thursday, July 27 – 30 at the Farm Bureau Park in Eureka.
The public is invited free of charge to see the many accomplishments of the Woodford County 4-H members.
In addition to the judging of 4-H projects, there will be something for everyone. On Tuesday, July 28, the Kids’ Tractor Pull will be held at 2:30 p.m. (registration 2 to 2:30 p.m.), balloon animals and more will be available from The Unique Twist starting at 5:30 p.m. and SolidRoc will entertain fairgoers at 6 p.m. with an old fashioned barn dance to follow.
Highlights on Wednesday, July 29 will include the 4-H Public Presentations and Awards Ceremony at 7 p.m. , followed by the Fashion Revue and Clothing Awards Presentations.
There are food stands and tree-shaded grounds to take in the entire 4-H Fair. In addition, there will be children’s games held at various times throughout each day.
